Pedal harp education in Latin America is greatly challenged by our country’s political, economic and sociocultural conditions, which limit both the acquisition of instruments and accessories as well as our access to education and work. This affects the knowledge and diffusion of the instrument in our countries, as well as the professional development of our harpists on a global scale.
It is not easy to create means of communication and interaction at the Latin American level to encourage community development, cultural integration and the free flow of knowledge.
This is why we created a non-profit association with the goal of contributing to the development of Latin American harpists and the creation of a truly united community that revolves around the use of music as a social catalyst.
Many thanks to those who contributed to our 2022 End of Year Campaign
The Latin American Harp Association thanks you deeply.
We promise to work hard in carrying out the events for this 2023.
